Fully Online|Jan 28, 2026 – June 17, 2026

Our Mission

Our goal is to educate and connect people from all backgrounds to build careers in Web3 and contribute to a decentralized, secure, and human-centered digital future.

A New Chapter

Web3 Talents has found a new home. We send a big thank you to the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center for establishing this incredible format. Building on their foundation, we are starting this project with full motivation and fresh energy here at the TUM Blockchain Club.

We believe that everyone has a place in Web3, and the best growth happens when we learn from our collective differences.

Challenging & Rewarding

What Can You Expect?

This project is designed to be challenging and rewarding.

Here is what you will experience:

Steep Learning Curve

We take an entrepreneurial approach—learning by doing and moving fast.

Top-Tier Speakers

Gain insights directly from experts shaping the industry.

True Engagement

Active participation is expected and will be rewarded.

Communication Mastery

You won't just learn the tech—you will learn how to explain it.

Authentic Learning

We focus on mitigating AI-generated homework. By prioritizing verbal presentations and live interaction, we ensure you build genuine, personal understanding.

From Learners to Teachers

Course Structure

The project takes place fully online and follows a unique 3-week cycle designed to turn learners into teachers.

1

Lecture + Assignment

You receive the core input through a lecture and are given a practical assignment to build your foundation.

2

Processing (Specialist Groups)

You meet peers in smaller subgroups where everyone discusses the same subtopic derived from the lecture. The goal here is to refine your understanding and become an expert on that specific part of the topic.

3

Group Teaching (Mixed Groups)

The groups are mixed. You enter a room where each person brings expertise on a different subtopic. You present your findings to your peers, and they teach you theirs—piecing together the full picture through peer-to-peer teaching.
